1 Can Black Beans (Drain & Rinse)
1 Can Black Eyed Peas (Drain & Rinse)
1 Can White Corn ("Shoe Peg" Drained)
1 Small Jar Pimentos (Drained)
3 Green Onions (Chopped)
1/2 Can Chile Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Hot Water
Mix all together. Refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy! Even T loves this and he isn't a big fan of beans or peas. The longer the dip refrigerates, the sweeter the taste as the sugar and vinegar mix.
